Calibrate Analytics is the data processor (under GDPR and UK Privacy Law) or service provider (under CCPA) and Calibrate Analytics customers are the data controllers (under GDPR and UK Privacy Law) or businesses (under CCPA) with respect to such personal data or personal information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED

Data you provided to us is received and stored. Most data is provided through usage of the Service and initial registration. During the registration process and during usage of the Service, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information to include: name, company name, email address and password.

The data, text, graphics and other files you may upload or use in conjunction with the Service may contain personal information and be accessible to others. Provide information with caution to avoid involuntary disclosure of your personal information as well as others.

This is a paid Service, thus we will receive your payment transaction details (example: name and date of payment) from the payment service provider.

We cannot, however, guarantee that any safeguards or security measures will be sufficient to prevent a

DATA AGGREGATION

Calibrate Analytics makes use of common technical analytics applications. The privacy practices of these applications and services are subject to their own privacy policies and they use their own cookies to provide their service.

We use anonymous, statistical or aggregated information and will share it with our partners for legitimate business purposes. It has no effect on your privacy, because there is no reasonable way to extract data from such information that we or others can associate specifically to you.

We will share your personal information only subject to the terms of this policy, or with your prior consent.

DATA RETENTION

Calibrate Analytics retains personal information or personal data to (a) provide the Services; (b) comply with legal obligations; (c) resolve disputes; and (d) enforce the terms of Customer Agreements.

The Services may integrate with or enable access to third party tools. End users that register, install or access any third party applications may be required to accept privacy notices provided by those third parties.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

We will make updates to this Privacy Policy as required by law and/or business needs. If the updates are required by law, then the new policy terms become effective immediately. If you disagree with the policy changes, then you have full rights to terminate the use of the Service.
